1.Once orders are confirmed, there will be no refund for any backing out.
2.No meetups, only postage. Postage fees are not included in the prices indicated.
3.We will order exactly what you have reflected in your order forms. We will not be held responsible should supplier fail to send over what you ordered, and refunds are not possible.
4. If your item is out of stock, we will refund the exact amount.
5. If your item is reflected on the invoice but NOT sent over by supplier, we cannot do a refund as your item is already paid for.
6. We will only send over your item once we have received payment. We accept payment via PayPal (preferred) or direct money transfer (Singapore only).
